Görlsdorf

The village is renowned for the exceptionally beautiful Lenné- Park from 1829 and also the palace church. The stud farm at Görlsdorf is one of the oldest institutions and retains a long and noteworthy tradition for breeding "English thorough-bred race horse".


Peetzig

Peetzig is surrounded by very beautiful and distinctive frontal moraine landscape. At the sizeable Peetzigsee Lake there is also a pleasant bathing area.


Stegelitz

Stegelitz was first documented in 1269, it possess a 13th century church built from glacial boulders and an altar from the Renaissance period. It stands out in the composition of the village in which various farmsteads are built in the Westphalia style. The old school building today offers accommodation and includes a small shop on the premises.


Warnitz

The small village of Warnitz is well organized for tourism. An exhibition of various farming machinery and tractors gives a visitor an insight into the life on the land from the past. From here it is possible to continue the cycle tour with the passenger boat the „Onkel Albert“. There are also many possibilities to get a good view of the surrounding nature from vantage point points and observation platforms.


Seehausen

On the Marienwerder peninsular there was once the Cistercian monastery that was connected to Burgwall Island on the Oberuckersee Lake by a wooden bridge. In the Cultural History Museum of the Dominican Monastery in Prenzlau there are some of the over 20,000 artefacts discovered in the area of the former monastery in Seehausen to be seen. Seehausen is passed through on the way from the rest area “centre point of the Uckermark”.


Potzlow

At the centre point of the Uckermark one has an excellent view from the rest area that is located on high ground over the Oberuckersee Lake and the surrounding fields. On the market place in front of the long glacial boulder church is the wooden statue of Roland around whom there is a small legend.


Zollchow

Lying on the field between Strehlow and Zollchow there is one of the largest glacial boulders in the Uckermark. There is also a little church is in the middle of the village.


Röpersdorf

The unusual village church in Röpersdorf has been extensively renovated. For guests to the Unteruckersee Lake there is a bathing area and the docking pier for the passenger boats. From Röpersdorf it is recommend to make an excursion to the nature reserve „Charlottenhöh“ and take advantage of the 70 m high observation platform there that offers a fantastic panoramic view over the Uckerseen Lakes


Prenzlau

Prenzlau, first documented in 1234, is located on the northern bank of the Unteruckersee Lake. Visitors can make a tour of the town wall and visit historical sights such as the defensive houses and towers, town gates and also the St. Marien Church, the Dominican Monastery and the Central Gate Tower. For water sport enthusiasts there are many things to do along the banks of the Unteruckersees Lake; there is a diving school, a boat hire, a bathing area, passenger boats and an authentic working replica of a Slavic boat. For those who like to be on high, the airfield at Dedelow offers flying trips to take advantage of seeing the region from above.
