2nd day: Monday: Berlin / Eberswalde, 62 km
You leave Berlin Mitte via the Prenzlauer Berg in the direction Pankow and follow the River Panke out of the City heading for Bernau. The tour may be shortened by taking the suburban train out of the city, by doing so you will allow yourself more time for sight seeing in Berlin.
At Bernau you have reached the city’s limits and can now cycle through the green countryside to Eberswalde.
3rd day: Tuesday: Eberswalde / Angermünde 61.5 km
On your way through the Schorfheide you will pass by the imposing structures of the ships lifting facility at Niederfinow on the Oder – Havel canal. A few kilometres further on, you should not miss the opportunity to visit the ruins of the Chorin Monastery before progressing further through the extensive pine forests of the Schorfheide towards Angermünde.

4th day: Wednesday: Angermünde / Prenzlau 52.5 km
The tranquillity of the Uckermark landscape shows itself at it’s’ best as it spans from horizon to horizon over the rolling hills, wide open fields, grassy meadows, lakes and extensive forests. You will come to Prenzlau by following the west banks of the Unteruckersee Lake.

5th day: Thursday: Prenzlau - Ueckermünde, Approximately 70 km Today you will follow the Ueckertal valley Northeastwards into the Mecklenburg region and the towns of Pasewalk and then on to Torgelow. In Torgelow, there is an open air museum village that takes you back 1000 years in history to the Wendish Slavic peoples who once inhabited the region. Historical handcrafts such as iron forging, bronze casting or pottery can be watched in progress. Another great attraction to see here are the fully reconstructed Slavic ships, the first to be built in Germany. The journey goes on through Eggesin along the Ueckertal valley to Ueckermünde and the Szczecin Haff lagoon. Accommodation in or near Ueckermünde. | |

6th day: Friday: Ueckermünde - Usedom, 67.5 km
Ueckermünde is set in a nature reserve that covers an area of almost 260 km2. At the beach in Mönkebude there is once again the opportunity to bathe in the lagoon The route now continues Northwards, from time to time it follows closely the banks of the lagoon through the nature reserve to Anklam and then on to the island of Usedom.
Accommodation on the mainland facing Usedom or in the town of Usedon itself.
7th day: Saturday: Usedom - Heringsdorf, 42 km Today you will cycle along the islands pretty pathways as you approach your journeys end. Accommodation in one of the seaside towns. |

8th day: Sunday: After breakfast you complete the self made arrangements for the journey home.
